Returns, cancellations, and order problems

For an Etsy order, use Etsy’s Purchases and reviews page to contact the shop from the order. Review the return and cancellation terms shown with that purchase.

For an order placed through the previous Bluekrush website, contact us with your order number, purchase date, and the product name. If an item arrived damaged or differs from your order, include photos of the item and packaging.
